Buying a SmartOption

At OneTwoTrade, we strive to bring you the most innovative and forward thinking financial products available, and the Signature SmartOption is no exception. Like buying a SmartOption, buying a Signature SmartOption is very easy and very fast.

The only difference between SmartOptions and Signature SmartOptions is the expiration time. Normally, SmartOptions expire every 30 minutes during normal trading hours. But Signature SmartOptions are different - they start when the markets open, and they expire when the markets close. Or in others words, Signature SmartOptions are for a full trading day.

Buying a Signature SmartOption is exactly the same as buying a SmartOption:

First, choose an asset. An asset is anything that is traded on a global market. The asset could be anything from shares in a company like Microsoft of Google, all the way to products, or commodities, such as coffee or oil. OneTwoTrade allows you to buy Signature SmartOptions for just about any asset you can find, but we typically have Signature SmartOptions available in the most common or popular assets.

Second, make a prediction. Ask yourself "Will the price of the asset I've chosen go up or down?" If you think that the asset will go up, simply click "Up" or "Over". Alternatively, if you think the price will go down, click "Down" or "Under". It's really that simple. You can see the current trading price of the asset just below the assets name. If the asset is performing well for the day, it will be in green with a green arrow. If the asset is not performing well, it will be in red with a red arrow.

Finally, decide how much to invest, and click trade. Your investment can be anywhere from £1 all the way up to £1,500. As you type in your investment amount, OneTwoTrade will automatically calculate your potential payout and show it to you in the next box. If your ready, click "Trade". OneTwoTrade will automatically set it for the next day, or, if you'd like to, you can set your own expiration date using the calendar function.

When you click "Trade", we'll ask you to confirm your purchase, so you'll have a second chance to double check your investment.

When buying a Signature SmartOption, OneTwoTrade also provides you with a graph for the asset that you select. The graph shows the last trading hour for the asset. You can use that information to try and predict how the asset will perform on your desired trading day.
