CLIENT AGREEMENT REGARDING USE OF ONETWOTRADE SERVICES

GENERAL

All clients accessing the ONETWOTRADE Website agree to abide by the following terms and conditions governing the use of its services (the "Agreement").

 

This Agreement  describes  the  terms,  conditions  and  risks  applicable  to  client  use  of  ONETWOTRADE  services available under  the domain  of  www.ONETWOTRADE.com  (the  "Site").  If the client has any questions regarding this Agreement, please contact Client Support or client’s Introducing Broker (“IB”).

 

Client must  read,  agree  with  and  accept  all  of  the  terms  and  conditions  contained  in  this  Agreement  without modifications,  which  include  those  terms  and  conditions  expressly  set  forth  below  and  those  incorporated  by reference, before client may become an active, registered client of ONETWOTRADE. By continuing to access or use the Site, client agrees to follow the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for newly registering clients. If client does not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and does not use or access our site after registering, client must inform us in writing immediately.

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of laws.  Any legal  action or  proceeding  arising  under  this  Agreement  will be  brought exclusively  in  courts located  in Malta,  and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal  jurisdiction and venue therein.

 

ONETWOTRADE will not be liable in any way to any persons in the event of force majeure, or for the act of any government or legal authority. In the event that any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

The failure of a party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

 

ONETWOTRADE may assign this Agreement or any rights and/or obligations hereunder without client’s consent.

 

ONETWOTRADE may amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Client is responsible for checking whether the Agreement is amended.  Any amendment shall come into force as of the day it was published on the Site. If client does not agree to be bound by the changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, client must not use or access our Services, and inform us in writing immediately.

Options quotes displayed on the ONETWOTRADE platform are indicative rates that the company is prepared to sell options at and may not correspond to either live market quotations or quoted rates at the point of sale.

 

Activity on ONETWOTRADE is not regulated under the Financial Services Act or any other financial investment regulatory provisions.

 

The term CLIENT references any individual or entity that expressly or impliedly agrees to all terms and conditions of ONETWOTRADE by opening an account and engaging in trades.

 

ONETWOTRADE is licenced in Malta and regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, which is a regulatory body.

 

The license number of ONETWOTRADE is LGA/CL2 /744 / 2011 and was issued onthe 13th October 2011

Any changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to all registered players by email before coming into effect.

 

ONLINE SERVICES AGREEMENT

 

This Agreement is made by and between ONETWOTRADE and CLIENT.   This Agreement applies to both the Site and  trading  platform,  as  well  as  to  the  electronic  content  and  or  software  currently  contained  on  the  Site  that supplies the client with real time information about the exchange rate of some currencies, stocks and commodities, prices of assets, and indices  as  well as with the  program facilities  for executing  trading transactions  in  the binary options  market via  the web, phone  or  fax, and any other  features,  content or services  that ONETWOTRADE may add in the future (the “Services”).

 

 

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

The  Services  are available  to  and  may  only  be  used by  individuals  or  companies  who  can  form  legally  binding contracts under  the  law applicable  to their  country  of  domicile. Without limiting the foregoing, ONETWOTRADE

 

Services are  not  available to  persons  under  the age of 18 or  otherwise  under  legal  age  ("Minors").  If client is a Minor, client may not use this service. IF CLIENT DOES NOT QUALIFY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SITE.

 

In all circumstances we shall not be held responsible for misuse of our services by any unauthorized parties or minors.

 

Services are only available to, and may  only be used  by individuals and entities that warrant they have sufficient experience  and  knowledge  in  financial  matters  to  be  capable  of  evaluating  the  merits  and  risks  of  acquiring financial contracts via this Site and have done so without relying on any information provided by an IB or contained in the ONETWOTRADE Site.

 

Clients further warrant that they will not initiate any trades from the United States and understand that this service is not legal in the U.S.A.    As  an  additional  security  measure,  ONETWOTRADE  will  endeavour  to  block  all  U.S.  IP addresses from accessing the Site. Clients shall bear sole responsibility for any decision made and/or to be made in utilizing ONETWOTRADE services and understand fully that the IB and/or the Site do not in any manner provide investment advice.

 

All Clients  warrant  that  they  are  knowledgeable  in  financial  affairs  and  knowingly  assume  all  risks  of  loss. ONETWOTRADE or IB is not responsible for verifying and/or checking whether client possesses such sufficient knowledge and/or experience, nor shall they be responsible for any damage and/or loss incurred by client due to any misrepresentations, damages or loss related to the use of ONETWOTRADE Services or its site.

 

ONETWOTRADE Services are not available where they are illegal to use, (including but not limited to the United States) and ONETWOTRADE reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel Services at its own discretion.

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

 

As a client accessing ONETWOTRADE service either an IB or the website will ask client to provide valid subsisting verification of identity and relevant information. Client is responsible for securing client Username and Password for client account with ONETWOTRADE.  Client holds sole responsibility for any damage caused due to any act or omission of client causing inappropriate or irregular use of client Account. 

 

Client warrants to, provide true, accurate, current and complete information regarding identity during the registration process.  Any false information or impersonation of any person or entity, misrepresentation regarding any affiliation with another person, entity or association, use of false headers or other acts or omissions to  conceal one’s identity from ONETWOTRADE for any purpose WILL BE PROSECUTED UNDER THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. If client is registering for a business entity, client hereby declares that client has the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

A client must register personally and not on behalf of someone else.

 

ONETWOTRADE will treat with care the information client entrusts to it, in accordance with the disclosures it provides during the registration process and in its Privacy Policy.

 

Transferring funds amongst player accounts is prohibited. Funds can only be remitted to the same account from where they originated at the deposit stage.

 

A Client’s registration may be refused or closed at the operator’s sole discretion, but contractual obligations already made will be honoured

During the registration process, a client must provide ONETWOTRADE with valid identification, including but not limited to the address, contact email and/or personal telephone number.

 

LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

 

Client warrants  its understanding  that  laws  regarding  financial contracts and internet  trading  vary  throughout  the world,  and  it  is  client’s  obligation  alone  to  ensure  compliance  with  any  law,  regulation  or  directive,  relevant  to client  country  of  domicile. 

 

Ability to  access  the  ONETWOTRADE  Site  does  not  necessarily  mean  that ONETWOTRADE  Services,  and/or  client  activities  through  it,  are  legal  under  the  laws,  regulations  or  directives relevant to client country of domicile. Client declares that the moneys invested in the account with ONETWOTRADE are not laundered or derivative of drug trafficking, abduction, terrorism or any other criminal or illegal activity.

 

The prevailing language in case of interpretation will be the ENGLISH language.

 

LIMITED LICENSE

 

ONETWOTRADE grants client a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal license to access and use the Site (the "License"). The License is conditioned on continued client compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Client agrees not to resell marketing  materials  provided  to  them  by  IB  or  permit  secured  access  of  the  Site  to others,  and not to copy any materials appearing on the  Site for resale or for any other purpose to others without the prior written consent of ONETWOTRADE.

 

Client shall be responsible and bound by any unauthorized use of the Site, made in breach of this section.

 

Client agrees to use the information received from the information systems of ONETWOTRADE for the sole purpose of executing transactions inside and within the Site.

 

Client further agrees not to use any electronic communication feature of a Service on the Site for any purpose that is unlawful,  tortuous,  abusive,  intrusive  on  another's  privacy,  harassing,  libellous,  defamatory,  embarrassing, obscene, threatening or hateful.

 

The License granted under this Agreement will terminate if ONETWOTRADE believes that any information provided by client, including client e-mail address, is no longer current or accurate, or if client fails to otherwise comply with any term  or  condition  of  this  Agreement  and  all  rules  and  guidelines  for  each  service  or  ONETWOTRADE establishes that client has abused in any way (including but not limited to engaging in a transaction out of market rates) the ONETWOTRADE trading platform.  Upon notification of such violation, client agrees to cease accessing Services. Client agrees that ONETWOTRADE, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate client access to any or all Services, close client open transactions, remove and discard any information or content with its Service.

 

RISK DISCLOSURE

Client agrees to use the Site at client’s own risk.  Services promoted by IB and provided on Site are suitable only for clients who are able to bear the loss of all the money they invest, and who are experienced in financial market risk taking.  The possibility exists that client could sustain a loss of some or all of client’s initial investment and therefore client should not invest money that client cannot afford to lose. Client should be aware of all the  risks associated  with  options  trading, and seek  advice  from  an  independent financial  advisor (not  an  IB) if  client has any doubts.

 

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

 

ONETWOTRADE may make available to client through one or more of its Services a broad range of financial information that is generated internally or obtained from agents, vendors or partners ("Third Party Providers"). This includes, but is not limited to, financial market data, quotes, news, analyst opinions and research reports, graphs or data ("Financial Information").

 

Financial Information provided on this Site is not intended as investment advice. ONETWOTRADE does not endorse or approve  the  Financial  Information,  and  we  make  it  available  to  client only as a courtesy.

 

ONETWOTRADE and its Third Party Providers do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Financial  Information,  or  warrant  any  results  from  client’s, use or reliance on the Financial Information which is readily accessible through other venues.

 

Financial Information may quickly become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither ONETWOTRADE nor the Third Party Providers are obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Financial Information.  This information is not part of the services provided to client and is only a courtesy.  Either provider may discontinue offering Financial Information at any time without notice.

 

It is client’s duty to verify the reliability of the information on the Site and its suitability to client’s interest.

 

ONETWOTRADE DISCLAIMS any liability for any inaccuracies, loss or damage of any kind allegedly caused by information presented on or referenced by the Site.

 

Clients shall not treat the licensee as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits.

 

LINKS

 

ONETWOTRADE may provide a link to other sites that are controlled or offered by third parties. Such link to a site or sites is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship or affiliation with respect to such site, its owners or its providers.

 

ONETWOTRADE cautions client to ensure that they understand the risks involved in using such sites before retrieving, using, relying upon or purchasing anything via the Internet.

 

 

Links to these Websites are provided solely as a courtesy for client, and client agrees that under no circumstances will client hold ONETWOTRADE liable for any loss or damage caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available.

 

TRADING CANCELLATION

 

ONETWOTRADE reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, cancel the Services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to anyone for any legitimate reason including, but not limited to:

 

• any instance when ONETWOTRADE has cause to believe that a person's activities on the Site may be illegal;

• any instance where ONETWOTRADE may suffer any fiscal, regulatory, or pecuniary disadvantage by virtue of anyone’s activities;

• any instance where one or more transactions on the Site are judged by ONETWOTRADE to have been performed in violation of this Agreement.

 

ONETWOTRADE prohibits player collusion and takes measures to prohibit use of devices, such as robots, that distort normal game play.

 

Aborted or Miscarried Games

 

In the event that any infomation is incorrectly published on the webite, ONETWOTRADE will take remedial action in order to rectify and amend the data in the system in order to reflect the correct information, Winnings will be accordingly reflected.

 

In the event of a miscarried game for any reason whatsoever, all players’ transactions are always accurately logged on our systems. If the bet is accepted then it will be honoured. For any queries in this respect the customer care team may be contacted via email on customersupport@onetwotrade.com

 

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

 

ONETWOTRADE's finance department handles all withdrawal requests submitted. Valid documents issued by government and Identity documents must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal. No withdrawals for the cumulative amount of € 2,300 and over will be processed, unless such personal identification documentation has been submitted by the player and verified by ONETWOTRADE’s finance department.

 

There is no fee to withdraw funds over the amount of 200 pounds via credit card.  Withdrawal of any amount 199.99 pounds or less will result in a fee of 39 pounds, in addition to a processing fee of 30 pounds for any necessary bank transfer.  Client may only redeem payments or credit with ONETWOTRADE on the same credit card used to initiate the original transaction unless otherwise indicated by ONETWOTRADE’s finance department.

 

Once a withdrawal request is submitted it can take ONETWOTRADE up to 3 business days to process the request.

 

Once the request has been approved please allow an additional 5-7 days for the funds to show in client account.

 

Funds cannot be withdrawn from one’s account unless the same funds have been wagered at least once.

 

DEPOSITS

 

In order to fund a player account one can do so by bank transfer, or by utilising one of the following major credit cards –VISA or MasterCard.

 

There are no processing fees/charges for any deposits made into your player account.

 

Once a deposit request via bank transfer is submitted it can take ONETWOTRADE up to 3 business days to process the request.

 

Once the request has been approved please allow an additional 5-7 days for the funds to show in player account.

 

A deposit request via credit card into a player account funds the account in real time.

 

Self-deposit limits can be imposed by the player through the use of the website.

 

FEES AND CHARGES

 

The amount that is displayed as client “payout” is net of fees. Accordingly, the “payout” amount will be the exact amount deposited into your account.

 

Client may access all records of transactions on line at no charge.  Client will be charged ten Pounds for mailed items. Items will only be mailed at the client’s request.

 

There is no charge for a client to maintain an account at ONETWOTRADE. However, if the client fails to transact at least one trade in any calendar month an account service fee of four pounds per month will be levied.

 

In the case that no transaction has been recorded on a player’s account for thirty months, ONETWOTRADE shall remit the balance in that account to the client, or if the client cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

 

In order for a client to claim funds from a dormant account, closed, blocked or excluded account, one must contact ONETWOTRADE by email on -

customersupport@onetwotrade.com.

 

Statements will be issued on a quarterly basis and fees will continue to accrue pursuant to the auto renewal terms and conditions should client fail to provide required (30) day written notice of termination to customersupport@onetwotrade.com. There will be “No Exceptions”.

 

In addition to any other fees contained herein, client will be charged fifty Pounds for any account that is Closed Before Term. “Closed Before Term” shall mean an account that is closed before one year (specifically a twelve (12) month consecutive period from the date of opening account).

 

Client expressly authorizes ONETWOTRADE to collect any account fees due and owing pursuant to these terms and conditions by debiting the client credit card on file, or by debiting the client’s OneTwoTrade account.

 

ONETWOTRADE BONUS POLICY

 

ONETWOTRADE offers a number of attractive reward features to its new and subsisting clients. Bonuses and one time trading credits rewarded to clients are part of ONETWOTRADE's promotions program. These bonuses are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.

 

In addition to any other fees contained herein, The client will be responsible for paying a fee of fifty pounds if account is closed before Term. “Term” shall mean one year (specifically a twelve month consecutive period from the date of opening account). Furthermore, if account is closed before Term, any remaining bonus amount will be void and removed from Client account.

 

The bonus amount cannot be used for withdrawals until the end of Term. At end of Term, Client can only be eligible to withdraw any bonus amount if Client has transacted a turnover equivalent to 15 times the combined value of their initial deposit amount and bonus amount. By way of example, if Client deposited £1000 and received a bonus of £500, Client much achieve a total turnover of £22,500 before being eligible to withdraw any bonus amount at end of Term

 

Any indication of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity based on the provision of the bonus will render the account inactive along with any and all profits or losses garnered.

 

Client agrees to accept only one (1) introductory bonus. Clients are prohibited from opening multiple accounts at ONETWOTRADE for the sole purpose of enjoying more than one introductory bonus. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice. The Company will retain any bonus awarded to the Client and any winnings will be forfeited, and any amounts deposited by the Client will be returned to the Client.

 

Bonuses are optional and Client is not required to take a bonus. During initial deposit, Client may select to accept no bonus and therefore is not bound to terms relating to bonuses. Should Client mistakenly accept a bonus, Client must notify customer support within 5 working days, and must place no more than 5 trades. In such an instance, ONETWOTRADE will remove bonus from Client account, and Client shall not be held to the terms on a bonus, however all other terms and conditions will still apply.

 

CHECK REDEMPTION INFORMATION:

 

Twenty-two pound bonus coupon offer is valid only when account activated under agreement of all terms and conditions.

 

Twenty-two pound credit bonus will be automatically deposited into your new account within 10 business days of minimum deposit validation, but not considered part of minimum opening deposit.  Limit of one account-related bonus/premium per client, per calendar year.  Offer not available in combination with any other offer.  Client Account must remain open for a minimum of 12 months. Certificate good for one time use (cannot be used multiple times).

 

Client agrees to all bonus policy terms by accepting twenty-two pound bonus coupon.

 

TOP UP

 

TOP UP is an optional feature that is offered by ONETWOTRADE to allow Clients to always retain a minimum balance in their accounts. If Client requests TOP UP or agrees to a promotion that includes TOP UP their account will be automatically TOP’ed UP (or increased) BY the TOP UP amount whenever it drops below the TOP UP Balance.

 

The default TOP UP amount is twenty (20) pounds. The default TOP UP Balance is twenty (20) pounds. Client may change both the TOP UP amount and the TOP UP Balance in Clients “Your Account” page. However TOP UP amount and TOP UP Balance can never be less than five (5) pounds each.

 

By agreeing to TOP UP the Client hereby authorizes ONETWOTRADE to directly charge their credit card with the TOP UP amount. The Client agrees that ONETWOTRADE will be entitled to TOP UP on each and every occasion that the Client account drops below the TOP UP Balance.

 

Client may cancel TOP UP at any time by e-mailing customersupport@onetwotrade.com with “Top Up Opt Out” as the subject line.  However, in the event that a client selects TOP UP as part of a promotion and Client has received a cash bonus and/or a deposit bonus and/or any other bonus for selecting TOP UP, the Client agrees to the bonus policy of ONETWOTRADE, found in section 15 of this Agreement.

 

However, in the event that Client has made more than one hundred and eighty trades, client will be exempt from article A of the bonus policy. All other articles of the bonus policy will still apply, however.

 

FACEBOOK

 

By connecting ONETWOTRADE account to Facebook account, Client grants ONETWOTRADE access to Clients’ basic information including name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends and any other information shared with everyone.

 

Client allows ONETWOTRADE to post directly to Clients wall when Facebook features are enabled.

 

Facebook feature settings can be controlled from the ‘Your Account’ section of ONETWOTRADE

 

LIMITED LIABILITY

 

ONETWOTRADE undertakes to supply steady Services on the Site.  However,  ONETWOTRADE assumes no responsibility  for  any  error,  omission,  interruption,  deletion,  defect,  delay  in  operation  or  transmission, communications line  failure,  theft  or  destruction  or  unauthorized  access  to,  or alteration  of,  the  Site or Services.

 

ONETWOTRADE is not responsible for any problems  or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer  online  systems,  servers  or  providers,  hardware,  software,  failure  due  to  technical  problems  or  traffic congestion  on  the  Internet  or  on  any  of  the  Site or Services.

 

To the  maximum  extent  permitted  by  applicable  law,  under  no  circumstances  shall  ONETWOTRADE be responsible  for  any  loss  or  damage  resulting  from  use  of  the  Site or Services, from any content posted on or through the Site or Services, or from the conduct of any users of the Site or Services, whether online or offline.

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ONETWOTRADE OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE  TO  CLIENT FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,  ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENT’S USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY,OR  UTILITY  OF  THE  INFORMATION  PROVIDED  AS  PART  OF  OR  THROUGH  THE  SITE OR FOR ANY INVESTMENT  DECISIONS  MADE  ON  THE  BASIS  OF  SUCH  INFORMATION,  WHETHER  THE  DAMAGES  ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT ONETWOTRADE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION  AND  IN  NO  EVENT  SHALL  ONETWOTRADE'S  CUMULATIVE  LIABILITY  TO  CLIENT EXCEED  THE  AMOUNT  OF MONEY  CLIENT TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED IN CLIENT’S ACCOUNT ON THE SITE IN RELATION TO THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

 

ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING PROCEDURES

 

No person shall abuse this site for the purpose of money laundering. ONETWOTRADE and IB’s may employ best-practice anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.  ONETWOTRADE reserves the right to refuse to do business with, to discontinue to do business with, and to reverse the transactions of, clients who do not accept or conform to the following AML requirements and policies:

 

   Live traders must provide all requested information upon registration.

 

  Winnings will only be paid to the individual who initially registered to open a live account and specifically only to the originating credit card or account on file

 

   When a client maintains an account by means of telegraphic deposits, winnings will only be distributed to the holder of the originating bank account. When making  deposits  in  this manner,  it is the  responsibility  of  the  live trader  to  ensure  that  the  trader’s  account  number  and  registered  name  of  the  account  owner  accompany  all transfers to ONETWOTRADE.

 

   When a client funds an account by means of credit/debit card deposits, winnings will only be distributed to the individual whose name appears on the card used to make the deposit and only be paid back to the same card

 

   Only one account is allowed per person. No winnings may be collected on accounts opened in false names or on multiple accounts opened by the same person.

 

   ONETWOTRADE may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, require a client to provide additional proof of identity such  as notarized copy  of passport or  other means of identity verification as it deems required under  the circumstances  and  may  at  its  sole  discretion  suspend  an  account  until  such  proof  has  been  provided  to  its satisfaction

 

Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (LGA).

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content, trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos and icons are the property of ONETWOTRADE or its affiliates or agents and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and provisions.

 

Client agrees not to delete any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from materials that client receives from IB or downloads and prints from the Site. Client will not obtain any intellectual property rights in, or any right or license to use such materials or the Site, other than as set out in this Agreement.

 

Images displayed in approved IB materials or on the Site are either the property of ONETWOTRADE or used with permission. Client agrees not to upload, post, reproduce or distribute any information, software or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property  rights (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such rights and the prior written consent of ONETWOTRADE.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

Client agrees to defend and indemnify ONETWOTRADE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents and toff hold  them  harmless  from  and  against  any  and  all  claims,  liabilities,  damages,  losses,  and  expenses,  including without  limitation  reasonable  attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with

 

client’ access to or  use  of the Site or Services;

client’s violation of any of the terms of this Agreement; or

client’s breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

 

TERM AND TERMINATION

 

The term of the Agreement shall be for a minimum of (12) twelve months and will be subject to automatic renewal at the end of each term. Should  client  fail  to  provide    ONETWOTRADE  with  a  mandatory  (30)  day  written notification of termination. ONETWOTRADE will be allowed to terminate this Agreement at any time by notice to client. As of termination, client shall not be able to carry out new transactions.

 

Client  may  only  terminate  agreement  with  ONETWOTRADE  by  providing  (30)  thirty  day  written  notice  to  the customer support email at customersupport@onetwotrade.com Any  failure to provide this (30) thirty day written notice  will result in client continuing to be  bound by all prescribed terms and conditions, in addition to the  auto-renewal of their contractual relationship with ONETWOTRADE at the end of each 12 month term.

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

 

OneTwoTrade undertakes that if any client has ten consecutive unsuccessful trades, OneTwoTrade will refund that client 110% of the total amount traded provided that:

 

All ten trades were for the identical amount

All ten trades were consecutive

All ten trades were fully paid for

All ten trades are confirmed as "No Payout" in the client's account statement

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

All interactions the customer undertakes with the Company will be stored by the Company for the purposes of record and as such may be employed by the Company is such cases that disputes arise between clients and the Company.

 

The Company does its utmost to ensure the confidentiality of its clients personal information including the implementation of data protection procedures designed to ensure client confidentiality. From time to time, the Company may contact clients whether by phone or email for the purpose of offering them further information about the Company. If the Client feels that the complaint has not been resolved, he or she can bring the dispute to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority by email on complaints@lga.org.mt
