If you wish to cancel a withdrawal, please contact customer support as soon as possible. If the funds have not been debited from your trading account, you may be able to cancel the transaction as it may still be in process. However, if the funds have been debited from your trading account, the withdrawal may already have been processed.

A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.

You can submit your withdrawal request on the withdrawal page within your Account Settings. Alternatively, you can mail a member of our customer services team at for more information about the withdrawal process.

OneTwoTrade can accept deposits using your Visa or Mastercard, Neteller, Moneybookers, or via Bank Transfers.

Each withdrawal carries a fee of £/$/€50 or 1% whichever is greater. Please see the Terms & Conditions for further details.

We offer a wide variety of deposit options; therefore, there is no maximum deposit amount.
